The Ramen we serve here at Manriki contains the use of 14 different spices carefully selected by the owner himself.
Our special broth combining chicken, pork, and fish are carefully selected for the selection of spices. These ingredients are cooked together in a wok to create Manriki’s Spiced Ramen!
Noodles are medium-thick noodles.
The spices are well blended within the soup, leaving behind no excess spices.
Please enjoy the flavors that can only be experienced with our Manriki Original Spiced Ramen.
